Cedar one realty agent Julia Lopresto was very helpful and made our quick move as stress-free and easy as possible. She was very patient and took time out of her busy schedule to show us all the homes we were interested in and gave us as much information as needed to make a decision on which home we wanted to call our New home. She made herself available at all hours to answer any questions we had and made things go as quickly as we needed. In the end, we found the perfect home for us. We truly appreciate and are very grateful for all the help she gave us while making our big move.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience while going through the buying process of our first home. Our Realtor Julia Lopresto did an amazing job! She was very on top of things, getting questions we had answered in a very timely manner, as well as making sure we understood the whole process. She was very kind and though she is newer to the profession, she knew her stuff. She was honest, patient and we loved not feeling the pressure to buy if we weren’t interested in the house we looked at. If there was an option for 0 stars I'd do that. Don't recommend. They have 1 good Manager but other than that the whole company and the owner I had to deal with were terrible. Didn't even finish a year lease, plumbing issues I complained about upon move in, then after time the sewer smell was terrible from the basement which cedar one refused to fix unless I paid for it. Which I ended up doing because WITHOUT any notice when I called in to specifically pay my rent they applied it to the sewer charges instead and tried to tell me I never paid my rent. When it that same month that I "didn't pay my rent" they contacted to tell me they were upcharging my rent because of my dogs and STILL never told me I was late on rent. In that SAME MONTH they came to my house for an inspection that they did almost every month idk for what cause I don't receive assistance and STILL NEVER mentioned that I was late on rent because they were all aware I paid it. On a "funny note" I was charged hundreds of dollars and my rent neglected for plumbing that WAS NEVER fixed lol ...

Shannon Irvin is without a doubt the best real estate agents that my wife and I have ever worked with selling our home. She has all the tools to present your home with excellent pictures as well as aerial photos. She has excellent contacts to maximize the market distribution of your home. We have been extremely please with the energy and dedication they she demonstrated in completing the sale of our home. Shannon is the best and we would highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home.👍😀

Absolutely garbage. Rented a house from them and when we moved in it was completely filthy, dog fur painted onto the floor, floors reek of dog urine. Half of the outlets didn't work and they never fixed all of them when we called about it. Made multiple complaints to them and they never fixed any of the issues. Floors still smell like dog urine. Don't rent from these slum lords

First and last time I'll work with cedar one. Selling a house is already stressful, but having a terrible realtor, like we had, adds to the stress.... I worked with Mike Randazzo and it was an overall bad experience. There's too many details to list. His incompetence also screwed the seller out of $25,000 because we offered original asking price.
